Tummy time trail

We've been making sure William is getting plenty of tummy time and he's making the most of it. While he's not crawling yet, you just have to follow the trail of spit to see where his mouth has been!

Slight of hand?

We went in for William's one month check-up today, where they had to give him a shot. The nurse came in with one needle, I saw her stick the needle in William and only William, and yet two people started crying. I can only assume it's a magic trick involving a second needle hidden up the nurse's sleeve.

Okay, so he isn't actually "smiling" per se, but it sure looks it, doesn't it?

While Gigi was here, we took our first "road trip" with William, going up to Baltimore to visit with Auntie Molly!

We had a lovely dinner where William was well-behaved (see: Sleeping).

Afterwards, we went out to the Baltimore waterfront for a little walking and photos!

Also, on a slightly unrelated note, Justin made Watermelon-Lemonade slushes.  He cubed up some watermelon and froze it. Then he squeezed three lemons for just over half a cup of lemon juice, combined with some simple syrup and the frozen melon in the blender. Mix until it's smooth and then serve in fancy glasses!
