While waiting for the turtle release, we got some quality sand time just before sunset!

Todos Santos has a turtle egg sanctuary.

William got an up close visit with an early riser - a turtle that popped out of the sand before they were releasing them to the wild.

William seemed to really like meeting the turtle.

They drop the turtle on the sand, and they crawl to the water, giving them a slightly better chance of surviving. Good luck little turtle!

We got to spend a lot of time on the beach!

William liked the sand - but not so much the water.

We also did some whale watching from the beach.

A baby whale decided to put on quite a show for us! We got to see whales from the beach on an almost a daily basis.

We were joined by Molly and Chais in Mexico!

William enjoyed hanging out with his Aunt!

And he enjoyed learning some new games from Chais.

Including chicken huntin'

That's where you walk around holding random household items while looking for chickens.

This year for Christmas we headed to Mexico.

It was just like our honeymoon!

Except that we have a child who isn't so sure about the ocean

And we had other family there...

Still...Mexico!

We made our annual trip to the botanical garden to see their toy train display. We'll let William's expressions speak for themselves!

William is a big fan of one playground near our house where they have community tricycles out for kids to use.

He's not quite big enough to use the peddles so he uses the Fred Flintstone method!
