While fall has technically already started, the weather this weekend is supposed to be unusually warm for this region (somewhere in the 90s). William is trying to take a full advantage by spending as much time naked as he can! Side note: local forecasts indicate the large amount of hot air coming from the Capitol building may be causing the unseasonably warm weather.
